We all have our favorite go to products. Here’s a list of essential products I keep in my beauty kit: (Most of these products are available at your local CVS, Walgreens, Target. I've listed links for specialty products.)
Advance night repair serum from Estée Lauder
I absolutely love, love, love this product! I use this product once a week or every other week. This product helps if you have dry/combination skin (like me) for an extra boost of moisture. It is a bit pricey, but I highly recommend having this in your stash of skin care products.
Body scrub by CocoJava
Scrubbing your body is similar to massage and helps circulates your blood flow along with removing dead skin cells. I like the product because it is natural and locally made here in Hawaii. It really smells like coffee and your skin literally glows afterwards! http://www.cocojavahawaii.com/
Clay face mask
The best solution to clean out your pores! I use this to detox my skin when it is looking dull and it works like a charm. Don’t forget to lather on moisturizer afterwards. I do not recommend using pore strips on your nose as it can enlarge your pores.
Crest white strips
I’ve tried dozens of whitening strips and these are the only ones that I saw results with. Don’t waste your money trying other products and go enjoy a bubble tea!
Daily multivitamins
If you’re like me and are often busy and accidentally skip meals and/or have a weak immune system and often get sick, take daily vitamins!
Everyday moisturizing lotion from Cetaphil
Helps with dry skin and keeps it baby smooth. I use the product once a week before bed.
Exfoliant foot peel by Baby Foot
Semi gross, but neat. The product literally peels away the first layer of skin on your feet over a span of a week. Your feet do feel much softer and smoother after peeled. Be forewarned it does leave lots of dead skin reside all over your belongings, so it is recommended to wear socks. https://www.yesstyle.com/en/list.html?bpt=48&q=baby+foot
Fresh foaming cleanser from Neutrogena
Make sure you wash your face at least once a day. I usually cleanse while I’m in the shower. Apply one pump, lather between your hands and don’t forget your neck!
Korean face masks
Literally my go to for every spa day/treat yourself day! If you have friends or family visiting Korea, have them pick up a bunch for you! These can run up to $.50 a sheet with the 1+1 sale promotions in Korea. Pro tip: put them in the refrigerator prior to application.
Lip therapy by Vaseline
I find that lip scrubs and lip masks only work the first day for me. This product literally moisturizes and removes the dry skin. I apply a generous amount before bed every other week. Also, have to remind myself to drink more water.
Micellar cleansing water (blue bottle) by Garnier
I use waterproof make up and I found this to be the easiest way to remove everything. Shake up the bottle to mix the micellar water and oil and use a cotton pad to remove make up. Pro tip: to remove matte liquid lipsticks, just use lip balm to apply over the lipstick and remove.
Oil treatment with Argan oil for hair
My hair grows fairly quickly and can often become dry. I like to put an oil treatment in my hair once a month to maintain the silky texture.
Overnight hand therapy cream from Crabtree & Evelyn
My nails also grow fairly quickly and I always have really dry cuticles and hang nails. I’ve tried a variety of products and I found this to be the best formula for my hands.
Ultra shea body butter from Bath & Body Works
I find this works better than aloe for sunburns. Apply multiple times until your skin no longer feels ‘hot’. Also, smells really great and gives you an extra surge of moisture when your skin feels dry. https://www.bathandbodyworks.com/s?q=body+butter&lang=en_US
Whitening eye cream
I am a night owl and heavily rely on whitening eye cream to make sure I don’t have extreme dark under eye circles. My favorite so far has been by Nature Republic. Apply a small amount with your ring finger before you go to sleep and let the serum do it’s magic. https://www.yesstyle.com/en/women-eye-skin-care/list.html/bcc.14340_bpt.46#/bt=37&bpt=46&sb=136&bcc=14340&pn=3&s=10&l=1
